Acceptance of this Agreement 

By selecting the ‘Signup’ link, the user or member (“You” or “Your”) agrees to the terms and conditions, responsibilities, obligations, assurances, and understandings stated in this. In case You are not ready to accept the Deed/Agreement; You will not be permitted to proceed further to see or apply in any way, any asset (Website, the Services, and the Content and Courseware) which is possessed, kept up, and observed by sapewmtraining.in

User ID & Password 

By giving consent to this Agreement, You agree and concur that Your customer ID and password is for Your restrictive use only as it were. Practice or sharing of Your member Account with another user isn’t allowed and is cause for rejection of Your access to that specific asset and end of this Agreement. 

You accept that it is entirely your duty to protect the privacy of your member account and all activity carried out under it. You promise to tell our Help & Support Team right away if you see anything unusual or unauthorized with your member account.

Additionally, you commit to preventing such unauthorized usage and assisting us in any investigation into such illegal employment. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any instances of misuse or misuse of your member account due to the actions of an outside party outside our control or your failure to maintain the security and privacy of Your Member account. 

Free Content Access 

sapewmtraining.in brings you the selected free access courses. Your access to the aforesaid courses is limited to the extent of the course materials and self-study video recordings. As a result, nothing will ever be taken to mean unrestricted or easy access to every highlight of those courses, even though there may be an infinite number of those courses.

As may be stated for each course on the day of enrollment, your free access to these courses will be limited to a specific number of days. Upon the required number of days having passed, it will be repudiated. However, sapewmtraining.in has the right, in its own discretion, to deny or extend your free access to any content made available to you at any point in time under the open access policy without providing you with notice or imposing any obligations.  

No permit is thought to be granted to you for an extra deal or to use the contents for any kind of reuse, regeneration, or re-publication for either business or non-business purposes once you register for these free courses.

All of the study materials that are provided to you for free are the copyright property of sapewmtraining.in or its affiliates. Any violation of this or any other law will subject you to the harshest punishment allowed by the law. 

Exam vouchers and certifications are just two examples of the typical components of the courses that will be available with full purchase of the individual courses, so to speak. Your remaining free access days will be added to the number of days that may be generally relevant to each of these courses after you have fully acquired any of them.  

In the event of a dispute, the terms stated above will prevail, but only to the extent of the aforesaid free access courses, as it were. The terms mentioned above will be read alongside with sapewmtraining.in Terms of Use.

As for the free access, sapewmtraining.in retains all other rights, including “ingress” and “egress,” and may extend or terminate the proposal at any time. 

Usage of the Website and Services 

We allow you a limited, individual, non-transferable, non-elite, and unlimited license to use our online resource until the end of the course you have enrolled in or the termination of this contract as specified in the T&C presented hereunder, whichever comes first. We specifically grant you the right to use all of our resources for your private, non-commercial use in order to complete the certification training course you participated in (“Restricted Purpose”).

Our asset is available to you online, and you are free to download, save, or print the courseware and content for the limited use only.

Without our prior consent, you are not permitted to reproduce, transmit, suitable, sub-license, interact, disseminate, or prepare subsidiary works of the courseware and content for any purpose other than the specified purpose.  

Protected Property Rights 

You understand and agree that We are the sole and exclusive owner of our assets and, as such, are vested with all Intellectual Property Rights and other exclusive rights in the Website, the Services, the Content, and the Courseware, even though You are permitted to use the Website or any other asset for the Restricted Purpose as specified in this Agreement.  

You understand and agree that this Agreement does not transfer to You any rights, title, or interest of an exclusivity, other than permitting You to use our assets for the Limited Purpose.

Use of Personal Information of Users/Members 

We have the complete right to use Your image in any pictures, videos, or other promotional materials that We use. Additionally, we might use your information to inform you about additional certification training programs that we provide. In any event, we won’t share or give your information to any third-party advertising database or reveal it to any third party unless specifically requested by law or after a suitable investigation of the third party. 

Limitations on Liability

You expressly agree that using our resources is at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or consistent quality of any data provided through the Website, the Services, the Content, or the Courseware, nor do we ensure that our asset will be continuous or error-free. Neither do we guarantee the results that may be obtained from using our asset. Under no circumstances shall We, or any person or entity involved in the production, development, or distribution of our assets, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, extraordinary, or serious damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Website, the Services, or the Courseware & Content.  

This condition’s disclaimer of obligation covers any harm or injury caused by any failure to carry out, error, exclusion, disruption, removal, imperfection, delay in activity or delivery, PC infection, communication line failure, robbery or elimination, or illicit access, modification, or use of records or any other material, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or another reason for the activity.  

Therefore, you expressly accept that We are not liable for any hostile, abusive, illegitimate, or illegal behavior from third parties or other users of the Website, the Services, the Content, or the Courseware, and that each user bears full responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the previous.

You agree that the amount you paid Us for the particular certification training course will not be greater than the risk and liability of Our offshoots, chiefs, officials, employees, experts, and licensors, if any, arising out of any legal case (whether in agreement, tort, or something else) related to the Services or the Content and Courseware.
